Resources and Tools I Use All The Time
I got started online way back in 2008 and have been at it ever since.
Over the years I’ve tested dozens of different tools, software, training programs, and platforms.
Below are the tools, products and services that have been instrumental in growing my own online business.
Building Your Business
Kajabai
We use Kajabai for all our online courses. For an all-in-one platform it does a good job for building simple websites, landing pages, sales pages, taking payments, sending emails and delivering a good customer experience that keeps students coming back.
Convertri
Convertri is my go-to software for building landing pages and sales pages. I pick this one because their goal is to make sure these pages load as fast as possible, which is critical if you’re ever going to run ads to anything you do.
Hostmonster
If you are going to have your own website with a blog you will need your own hosting. Hostmonster has been my go to hosting provider since I got started.

Canva
I’m a spreadsheet guy, not a design guy. Canva makes it easy for me to quickly design basic images for social media and my websites. And it’s free, which is awesome.
Running Your Business
Asana
Asana is my favorite project management tool. It’s free. So that’s rad.
You can easily organize ideas and project in Asana and collaborate with any team members to get the job done. You can manage due dates, leave notes, links, and upload documents so that anyone using it, better understands the task.
Google Business Suite
I host everything on Google. Gmail, Gdrive, Sheet and Docs pretty much is where my entire remote agency is.
Loom
Loom is an amazing resource to be able to record your screen and talk over it. Makes it really easy to explain things to people without jumping on a call.
Calendly
It’s really annoying to try and coordinate with people around the world for times you’re available to take. Calendly makes it easy for people to schedule a time with you on your calendar so that you can get clients on a call without the back and forth of email and finding a time when everyone is available. You can let people schedule free calls or you can put the link behind a payment to schedule paid calls.
